During the month of February, Fentons Creamery located in the Piedmont
neighborhood of Oakland, will donate 15% of sales of their Myrtle’s Creation Sundae to the Friends of the OPL. Stop by and give it a taste!
Thank you to Sara DuBois, Coordinator, Grants & Volunteers with the Oakland Public Library, for doing some field research on the Myrtle's Creation Her findings were that it is comprised of strawberry cheesecake ice cream with pineapple sauce, colorful whipped cream, and a fortune cookie. Try not to drool too much on your computer or phone.
